H2-diplo, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Madrid and the Real Instituto Elcano, convened the Madrid Decarbonization Dialogue under the theme “Geopolitics Meets Green Transition – The Role of Spain in Europe’s Energy Future.”
